Penile tinea

Abstract

Twenty six adult male patients with superficial mycotic infection of the penis are described. Sixteen of these had scrotal involvement as well. Results of the fungal species isolated, revealed a preponderance of T. rubrum. Results of Cellular and humoral immune parameters studied are presented.
