The central nervous system (CNS) is the most complex structure of our body. It has several subdivisions and neuronal subtypes with different synaptic connections. The primordial brain has to be regionalized during the development. These divisions are regulated by several genes expressions for a proper molecular patterning required for this regionalization. Some studies and experiments have been implemented to understand how genes, transcription factors, and other signaling molecules modulate the CNS development. …
