Zusammenfassung

Die Lymphknotenoperation gehört zum etablierten Standard der Karzinomchirurgie auch in gynäkologischen Onkologie. Bereits seit einigen Jahren wird jedoch intensiv diskutiert, in welchem Umfang dieses Vorgehen noch zeitgemäß ist [1], insbesondere im Hinblick auf den therapeutischen Effekt jenseits der Informationen zur Tumorausbreitung. Die vorliegende Übersicht fasst den derzeitigen Stand zur Lymphadenektomie für die gynäkologische Onkologie zusammen.
