Zusammenfassung

„Keine Wirkung ohne Nebenwirkung“: Wenn dies in Zusammenhang mit einer potenziell kurativen Therapie gilt, ist man geneigt diese unerwünschten Ereignisse — in einem gewissen Rahmen — in Kauf zu nehmen. Dennoch sollten alle möglichen Interaktionen einer Behandlung sorgfältig bedacht werden. Ein vergleichsweise wichtiger Aspekt ist dabei eine QT-Intervall-Verlängerung.
