Zusammenfassung

Chronische Sprunggelenkinstabilitäten erfordern oftmals eine operative Versorgung. Die operativen Behandlungsmethoden werden in nichtanatomische Tenodesen, anatomische Rekonstruktionen und direkte Reparaturen differenziert. Neben den offenen Vorgehensweisen etablieren sich zunehmend arthroskopische Techniken. Im folgenden Beitrag werden die verschiedenen operativen Therapieverfahren dargestellt und deren Vor- und Nachteile sowie insbesondere die arthroskopische Durchführbarkeit beleuchtet.
