Zusammenfassung

Osteosarkome sind selten. Betroffen sind vor allem Personen unter 25 Jahren sowie die Altersgruppe zwischen 50 und 70 Jahren. Besonderes Augenmerk verlangen die hoch malignen Osteosarkome. Für die multimodale Therapiestrategie spielt das Alter auch eine Rolle.
