Zusammenfassung

Ejaculatio praecox ist ein häufig beklagtes Problem in der Praxis, auch wenn es keine genauen Zahlen zur tatsächlichen Prävalenz gibt. Unbestritten ist der subjektive Charakter der Erkrankung: Jeder Betroffene beurteilt den persönlichen Leidensdruck unterschiedlich. Die Diagnose basiert zwangsläufig auf einer Selbsteinschätzung und erfordert eine sorgfältige Evaluation und gegebenenfalls Therapie.
