Fraktionierte ablative Laser

Zusammenfassung

Fraktionierte ablative Laser erzeugen zylindrische Zonen abladierten Gewebes, die durch intaktes Gewebe voneinander getrennt sind, was zu einer raschen Reepithelisierung und zur Induktion einer Neokollagenese führt. Die fraktionierte Ablation zeichnet sich im Vergleich zur herkömmlichen Laserablation durch ein besseres Sicherheitsprofil aus, vor allem, da sie keine offenen Wunden erzeugt. Fraktionierte ablative Laser können lichtbedingte Hautschäden und Narben in 1–2 Behandlungssitzungen verbessern.
