Fußprobleme in der orthopädisch-unfallchirurgischen Praxis

Zusammenfassung

Hintergrund

Fuß- und Sprunggelenkverletzungen sind relativ häufige Krankheitsbilder in der Praxis eines niedergelassenen Orthopäden. Bei den meisten Sportarten ist der Fuß starken Belastungen ausgesetzt und es kann zu akuten Verletzungen oder chronischen Überlastungen kommen.

Diagnostik

Die diagnostischen Möglichkeiten in der Praxis sind eingeschränkt. Deshalb sollte versucht werden, durch eine gezielte Anamneseerhebung und gründliche Untersuchung eine genaue Diagnose zu stellen. Seltene Verletzungen müssen differenzialdiagnostisch miteinbezogen werden, um sie nicht zu übersehen, damit sie einer weiteren Diagnostik und evtl. operativen Therapie zugeführt werden können.
