Zusammenfassung

Gilt es strukturelle Läsionen an Nerven aufzudecken, stellt die Nervensonografie eine wichtige Ergänzung zu elektrophysiologischen Untersuchungen dar. Bei einem 64-jährigen Patienten konnte so ein Nervenscheidentumor als Ursache einer Fussheberparese entlarvt werden.
