Kombinierte Monteggia- und Galeazzi-Läsionen des Unterarms

Eine seltene Verletzung

Zusammenfassung

Am Unterarm werden Kombinationsverletzungen nach ihrer Lokalisation als Galeazzi-, Monteggia- oder Essex-Lopresti-Läsionen bezeichnet. Die Kombination der Fraktur eines Unterarmknochens mit der Instabilität im distalen oder proximalen radioulnaren Gelenk ist die Gemeinsamkeit dieser 3 Formen. Die Kombination einer Galeazzi- und Monteggia-Fraktur an der gleichen Extremität ist sehr selten und weltweit insgesamt in 8 Fällen, inklusive 2 Fällen bei Kindern, beschrieben worden. Anhand der Fallbeschreibung werden die Rarität des Auftretens dieser Verletzungskombination sowie ein möglicher „Pitfall“ bei der operativen Versorgung aufgezeigt.
