Dynamische Narkoseuntersuchung und minimal-invasive Stabilisierung mittels Mini-TightRope®

Zusammenfassung

Verletzungen im Bereich des Lisfranc-Gelenks sind im konventionellen Röntgen oft schwierig zu erkennen und werden entsprechend häufig übersehen. Unbehandelt resultieren meist erhebliche Funktionseinschränkungen bis hin zur schmerzhaften Arthrose. Eine zielgerichtete primäre Diagnostik ist daher für den weiteren Verlauf entscheidend. Wir berichten über einen Patienten mit Lisfranc-Luxationsfraktur, bei dem das tatsächliche Ausmaß der Verletzung erst durch eine dynamische Untersuchung in Narkose erkennbar wurde. Aufgrund der massiven Schwellung erfolgte eine minimal-invasive Stabilisierung mit K-Draht und Mini-TightRope®.
