Zusammenfassung

Lymphatische Malformationen sind angeborene Malformationen des Lymphgefäßsystems, die hauptsächlich im Kopf-Hals-Bereich lokalisiert sind und ein dem Körperwachstum proportionales Wachstum aufweisen. In Abhängigkeit von der Morphologie werden makrozystische, mikrozystische und gemischte lymphatische Malformationen unterschieden. Aufgrund ihres infiltrativen Wachstums sind insbesondere mikrozystische lymphatische Malformationen schwer zu therapieren. Therapieansätze umfassen die konventionell-chirurgische Resektion, Lasertherapie, Sklerotherapie sowie systemische medikamentöse Therapien.
