Kasuistik einer Patientin mit Literaturvergleich

Zusammenfassung

Hintergrund

Die Hüftarthroskopie hat sich in der letzten Dekade zu einer sicheren Behandlungsmethode vieler Hüfterkrankungen etabliert. Komplikationen, wie zum Beispiel Frakturen des Schenkelhalses, treten dabei äußerst selten auf.

Fallbericht

Wir berichten über eine 54-jährige Patientin, die nach arthroskopischer Offset- und Pincerkorrektur der linken Hüfte 5 Wochen postoperativ nach verfrühter Belastungssteigerung eine Stressfraktur des linken Schenkelhalses erlitt. Unseres Wissens nach ist das der erste beschriebene Fall einer weiblichen Patientin.

Schlussfolgerung

Postoperative Leistenschmerzen nach Belastungssteigerung sollten an Stressfrakturen denken lassen. Die Indikation zur MRT- oder CT-Diagnostik sollte großzügig gestellt werden, da konventionelle Röntgenaufnahmen unauffällig sein können. Stabile nachgewiesene Stressfrakturen können konservativ mit Teilbelastung an Unterarmgehstützen für 6 Wochen therapiert werden.
