Ein 36-jähriger Patient stellte sich in der neurologischen Ambulanz bei akuter Verschlechterung einer über einen Zeitraum von 9 Monaten zunächst langsam zunehmenden linksbetonten Paraspastik, Blasenfunktionsstörung mit Dranginkontinenz und nächtlichem intermittierendem Einnässen, Pollakisurie und Potenzstörung vor. Anamnestisch bestanden keine Vorerkrankungen, vorausgegangene Traumata oder Infektionen. …
