Zusammenfassung

Die kritische Beinischämie stellt die schwerwiegendste Manifestation der infrapoplitealen peripheren arteriellen Verschlusskrankheit (pAVK) dar. Ein Behandlungsansatz ist individuell zu entscheiden und sollte mit dem Ziel der Revaskularisierung verbunden sein. Gerade in der endovaskulären Therapie ergeben sich dabei neue Möglichkeiten.
