Periradikuläre Infiltrationstherapie

Zusammenfassung

Hintergrund

Minimal-invasive schmerztherapeutische Verfahren werden in den letzten Jahren zunehmend angewendet.

Ziel der Arbeit

Evaluation der verschiedenen Verfahren der periradikulären Infiltrationstherapie als wichtiges Instrumentarium im Stufenkonzept der modernen Schmerztherapie. Vergleich der unterschiedlichen therapeutischen Substanzen.

Ergebnisse

Die periradikuläre Infiltrationstherapie ist bei rund 60–80 % der Patienten sowohl analgetisch als auch funktionell mittel- und langfristig wirksam. Die Einhaltung der Richtlinien soll potenziell fatale Komplikationen minimieren.

Schlussfolgerung

Die periganglionäre Infiltration hat einen anerkannt hohen Stellenwert in der Behandlung des radikulären Wurzelreizsymptoms. Die Infiltrationen gelten als risikoarme Verfahren insbesondere bei CT-gezielter Applikation.
