Zusammenfassung

Die Wirksamkeit vieler Antidepressiva ist bei schweren Depressionen durch qualitativ hochwertige Studien belegt. Für die Wirksamkeit bei leichteren Formen hingegen gibt es nur wenig Hinweise. In Abwägung mit den Nebenwirkungsprofilen stellt sich die Frage nach der erfolgversprechendsten Therapie bei leichten Depressionen.
