Techniken zur Verminderung der Nasenspitzenprojektion

Zusammenfassung

Hintergrund

Ziel der Nasenspitzenchirurgie ist es, eine harmonisch balancierte und ausgewogen projizierte Nasenspitze zu erreichen. Die operativen Schritte hierzu basieren auf einem grundlegenden Verständnis der beteiligten anatomischen Strukturen, die für die Abstützung der Nasenspitze verantwortlich sind, sowie deren Einfluss auf die Projektion und Rotation der Nasenspitze.

Methoden

Die Deprojektion einer überprojizierten Nasenspitze kann durch eine Vielzahl etablierter Techniken erreicht werden, die in diesem Beitrag vorgestellt werden. Ein vereinfachter Algorythmus zur Auswahl der jeweiligen Technik kann dazu beitragen, Präzision und Vorhersagbarkeit der Ergebnisse zu erhöhen.

Schlussfolgerung

Die genaue Kenntnis der Nasenstrukturen, eine sorgfältige präoperative Analyse und die richtige Auswahl der Operationstechnik führen im Zusammenspiel mit einer ausreichenden Stabilisierung der Nasenbasis zu guten, reproduzierbaren Langzeitergebnissen bei der Nasenspitzenchirurgie.

S3-Leitlinie „Diagnostik und Therapie des Karpaltunnelsyndroms“

Prof. Dr. med. Gregor Antoniadis Das Karpaltunnelsyndrom ist die häufigste Kompressionsneuropathie peripherer Nerven. Obwohl die Anamnese mit dem nächtlichen Einschlafen der Hand (Brachialgia parästhetica nocturna) sehr typisch ist, ist eine klinisch-neurologische Untersuchung und Elektroneurografie in manchen Fällen auch eine Neurosonografie erforderlich. Im Anfangsstadium sind konservative Maßnahmen (Handgelenksschiene, Ergotherapie) empfehlenswert. Bei nicht Ansprechen der konservativen Therapie oder Auftreten von neurologischen Ausfällen ist eine Dekompression des N. medianus am Karpaltunnel indiziert.
