Zusammenfassung

Lungenmetastasen treten im Rahmen von kolorektalen Karzinomen mit einer Häufigkeit von 1,5–2 % synchron bzw. 4–9 % metachron auf. Isolierte Lungenmetastasen machen davon etwa ein Drittel der Fälle aus. Eine radiologische Untersuchung der Lunge durch CT macht vor allem bei lokal fortgeschrittenen Tumoren Sinn. Der Ausschluss abdomineller Rezidive durch hochauflösende CT-Untersuchungen ist eine Voraussetzung für eine kurative Lungenmetastasenresektion, ausgenommen resektable Lebermetastasen. Kleine solitäre Lungenrundherde unter 1 cm Durchmesser sollten anhand von Algorithmen abgearbeitet werden.
