Zusammenfassung

Gestationsbedingte Trophoblasterkrankungen umfassen eine Reihe von gutartigen und bösartigen Krankheitsbildern, die sich vom villösen oder extravillösen Trophoblastepithel ableiten. Die aktualisierte Leitlinie, die nun als S2k-Klasse vorliegt, gibt dem behandelnden Arzt Empfehlungen zum Management dieser seltenen Erkrankungen.
