Zusammenfassung

Urologische Symptome wie Nykturie oder Harndrang treten bei Patienten mit degenerativen ZNS-Erkrankungen häufig auf, besonders in fortgeschrittenen Stadien. Bei der Auswahl der Therapie der Blasenfunktionsstörung sollten die individuellen neurologischen Einschränkungen und Symptome gleichermaßen berücksichtigt werden wie das Nebenwirkungsprofil und die Krankheitsdynamik.
