Eine 34-jährige Patientin, 3‑Gravida, 0‑Para, stellt sich mit leichten Unterbauchschmerzen und unterregelstarken Blutungen seit 1,5 Tagen im Notdienst vor. Die Beschwerden sind auf den Unterbauch begrenzt und können von der Patientin nur schwer seitenzugeordnet werden. Es besteht eine geringgradige Übelkeit, kein Erbrechen. Die letzte Regelblutung war vor etwa 7 Wochen, der Zyklus nicht immer regelmäßig. Seit mehr als 3 Jahren besteht ein unerfüllter Kinderwunsch. Die Patientin lebt in einer festen Partnerschaft. Anamnestisch gehen ein Schwangerschaftsabbruch vor 9 Jahren und ein Spontanabort vor 3 Jahren voraus. Relevante Vorerkrankungen sind nicht bekannt. Sie nimmt bis auf gelegentliche Schmerztabletten keine regelmäßigen Medikamente ein. Miktion und Stuhlgang regelmäßig, ohne Beschwerden. …
