Ein 63-jähriger Patient stellt sich in der chirurgischen Notaufnahme vor. Er hatte am Vorabend beim Tanzen ein Supinationstrauma des linken Sprunggelenks/Fußes erlitten. Seitdem hat er Schmerzen an der Fußaußenkante. Anamnestisch war er bislang beschwerdefrei; es bestehen keine vorausgegangenen Verletzungen, Voroperationen oder relevante Vorerkrankungen. …
