Despite the decrease in incidence of gastric carcinoma, the incidence of signet-ring cell gastric carcinoma (SRCG) has shown an increasing trend in the last 30 years [1]. Skeletal metastases from gastric cancer are very rare and seen in the later course of disease after excision of primary tumors [2]. Widespread bone metastasis at initial presentation is rare. …
