Malignant solitary fibrous tumour (SFT) is a rare mesenchymal tumour which can develop at any part of the body [
1]. Generally, it is benign but 13 to 23% of reported cases were malignant [
1]. The clinical signs are often rough because of the slowness of evolution. The rarity of abdominal localization and the absence of specific signs make diagnosis difficult to rise preoperatively. The purpose of this paper is to report a new case of a malignant SFT originated from the right mesocolon discovered incidentally and mimicking a gastrointestinal stromal tumour (GIST) in abdominal CT scan. …
