Die stationäre Aufnahme der 24-jährigen Patientin erfolgte notfallmäßig aufgrund zunehmender Verschlechterung des Befindens. Die Patientin berichtete über seit mehreren Jahren bestehende krampfartige Bauchschmerzen insbesondere nach Nahrungsaufnahme mit Völlegefühl und rezidivierendem Erbrechen. Relevante Vorerkrankungen waren nicht bekannt; auch keine regelmäßige Medikamenteneinnahme. Die Studentin wirkte in der Aufnahmesituation psychisch labil, sehr schmerzgeplagt und beschrieb einen hohen Leidensdruck. Es erfolgte daher die stationäre Aufnahme. Es wurde zunächst eine symptomatische Therapie mit einem Protonenpumpeninhibitor begonnen und für den Folgetag eine Gastroskopie geplant. …
