Arthroskopischer Transfer der Flexor-hallucis-longus-Sehne zum Ersatz der Achillessehne

Zusammenfassung

Der Transfer der Flexor-hallucis-longus-Sehne (FHL-Sehne) ist eine geeignete Operationsmethode zur Behandlung chronischer Achillessehnenrupturen und therapierefraktärer Achillotendinopathien sowie eine gute Revisionstechnik nach fehlgeschlagenen Achillessehneneingriffen. Da mit diesem Verfahren auch langstreckige Substanzdefekte der Achillessehne überbrückt werden können, stellt es eine gute Erweiterung der Behandlungsmöglichkeiten dar, wenn die V‑Y- und die Umkippplastik nicht durchführbar sind. Im vorliegenden Beitrag wird die Technik des arthroskopischen FHL-Transfers dargestellt.
