Zusammenfassung

Die Acne inversa gehört zu den häufigsten chronisch-inflammatorischen Dermatosen und ist wie andere (auto-)immunologisch vermittelte Erkrankungen mit internistischer Komorbidität assoziiert. Der Leidensdruck betroffener Patienten ist im Vergleich zu anderen dermatologischen Erkrankungen massiv erhöht. Therapieoptionen variieren, je nach Ausprägung, von topischen Präparaten, konventionellen Systemtherapeutika, gezielter Blockade der Inflammation durch Biologika bis zur operativen Sanierung.
