Zusammenfassung

Mit wachsender Akzeptanz der klinischen Hypnose in der Medizin werden immer neue Anwendungsgebiete erforscht. Aktuelle Studiendaten unterstützen den Einsatz von Hypnose zur Schmerzbehandlung bei Eingriffen wie der Ablation von Herzrhythmusstörungen und Implantationen von subkutanen implantierbaren Kardioverter-Defibrillatoren, zum Management präoperativer Angst sowie zur Reduktion von postoperativem Vorhofflimmern. Das Ziel dieser Übersichtsarbeit ist es, die Ergebnisse von Untersuchungen zusammenzufassen, die die Anwendung von Hypnose im Bereich der kardialen Elektrophysiologie untersucht haben, die rationale Wirksamkeit von Hypnose im Management von Herzrhythmusstörungen zu überprüfen und mögliche klinische Anwendungen und wissenschaftliche Perspektiven aufzuzeigen.
