Zusammenfassung

Klinisches/methodisches Problem

Die bildgebenden Verfahren spielen eine entscheidende Rolle in der Diagnostik und Stratifikation zugrundeliegender Erkrankungen des akuten Abdomens. Der vorliegende Artikel beschreibt die Ätiologie, Klinik sowie den Einsatz bildgebender Modalitäten und bildmorphologischer Befunde. Des Weiteren werden die therapeutischen Optionen sechs häufiger, das akute Abdomen verursachender Erkrankungen aus dem gastrointestinalen einschließlich hepatobiliopankreatischen Themenpool beschrieben: Appendizitis, Cholezystitis, Ileus, Divertikulitis, akute Pankreatitis und Hohlorganperforation (Ulkus, iatrogen).

Leistungsfähigkeit

Neben einer initialen Sonographie stellt die Computertomographie (CT) oft den bildgebenden Goldstandard beim klinischen Bild eines akuten Abdomens dar.

Empfehlung für die Praxis

Abhängig vom zugrundeliegenden Krankheitsbild eignet sich die Sonographie bzw. CT zur diagnostischen Evaluation und Stratifikation der beschriebenen Krankheitsbilder.
