Zusammenfassung

Nierenfunktionsstörungen und chronische Niereninsuffizienz sind häufige (Begleit-) Erkrankungen vieler Patienten und relevante Einflussfaktoren sowohl für thromboembolische Ereignisse als auch Blutungskomplikationen. Neben möglichen Interaktionen spielen Alter und Gewicht eine weitere wichtige Rolle in der Therapie von Gerinnungsstörungen bei Niereninsuffizienz.
