Zusammenfassung

Man sollte sie kennen und an sie denken: akzessorische Fußknochen. In der Differenzialdiagnostik, insbesondere in der Abgrenzung zu möglicherweise vorliegenden Frakturen oder Pseudarthrosen, ist die Kenntnis dieser Zusatzknochen von Bedeutung.
