Zusammenfassung

Schlafstörungen sind verbreitet. Unter ihnen hat die Insomnie die höchste Prävalenz. Viele Menschen, die schlecht schlafen, wenden sich zunächst an ihren Hausarzt. Dieser muss die berichtete Schlaflosigkeit zunächst richtig einordnen, um sie angemessen behandeln zu können.
