Die Diagnostik und Therapie pulmonaler Mukormykosen fordern den Kliniker heraus. Die Diagnosestellung erfolgt durch ein Zusammenspiel von Risikofaktoren und klinischer Präsentation des Patienten mit bildgebenden Verfahren sowie mykologischen und histopathologischen Befunden. Die Erstlinientherapie besteht aus hochdosiertem liposomalem Amphotericin B. Sollte diese Therapie nicht möglich sein, besitzt auch Isavuconazol in Deutschland eine Zulassung bei Mukormykose. Die Abgrenzung zur Aspergillose und ein rascher Therapiestart sind essenziell. …
