A case series described a 25-year-old woman, who developed injection site reactions following treatment with anakinra during pregnancy, for familial Mediterranean fever (FMF). The woman, who had FMF, started receiving anakinra injections [route and dosage not stated] at 23 weeks of gestation. She continued receiving anakinra until 37 weeks of gestation. She then delivered a female neonate by Caesarean section, with an APGAR score of 7 at 1 minute. However, during a follow-up at 42 months post-delivery, she was found to have injection site reactions to anakinra [outcome not stated]. …
