Zusammenfassung

Bei autoimmunvermittelten Epilepsien hat die Entdeckung verschiedener assoziierter Autoantikörper die diagnostischen Optionen erweitert. Auch wenn keine kontrollierten Therapiestudien existieren, haben die Antikörperbestimmung und die hierdurch mögliche Differenzierung therapeutische und prognostische Relevanz.
