We read with interest the recent article in the European Journal of Nutrition by Huysentruyt et al. [1]. The authors presented the results of their carefully conducted study on dietary habits in a cohort of healthy Belgian infants and toddlers. Using 4-day diaries, daily energy and macronutrient intakes and their main food sources were assessed and compared to national and international dietary reference intakes. …
