Das Vollbild der rheumatoiden Arthritis ist durch das Auftreten von Arthritiden in der Regel in Kombination mit Nachweis von Anti-CCP-Antikörpern und/oder Rheumafaktoren charakterisiert [1]. Der Prozess der Entwicklung der rheumatoiden Arthritis kann in verschiedene Phasen unterteilt werden: (a) genetische Risikofaktoren und Umweltfaktoren, (b) systemische Autoimmunität, assoziiert mit rheumatoider Arthritis, (c) Symptome ohne Nachweis einer Arthritis, (d) undifferenzierte Arthritis und (e) rheumatoide Arthritis [2]. …
