Common variable immunodeficiency (CVID) and Good’s syndrome are both associated with immunodeficiency characterized by hypogammaglobulinemia and autoimmune manifestations. Patients with hypogammaglobulinemia may present with bone and joint abnormalities such as arthritis, being the most prevalent and sometimes resembling rheumatoid arthritis. …
