Die rheumatoide Arthritis ist die häufigste entzündlich-systemische Bindegewebserkrankung in Deutschland. Meist präsentieren sich Betroffene initial mit entzündlichen Gelenkbeschwerden im Sinne einer Früharthritis sowie einem allgemeinen Krankheitsgefühl mit Abgeschlagenheit. Für die Behandlung und den weiteren Verlauf der Erkrankung sind eine rasche Abklärung und Therapieeinleitung entscheidend. In diesem Artikel werden die Symptome, die Diagnostik und die Behandlung der frühen rheumatoiden Arthritis dargestellt und näher erläutert. …
