Zusammenfassung

Das umfassende arthroskopische Management („comprehensive arthroscopic management“, CAM) der symptomatischen glenohumeralen Arthrose kann die Notwendigkeit zur Implantation einer endoprothetischen Versorgung hinauszögern. Vor dem Hintergrund tendenziell schlechter Ergebnisse von Schulterprothesen in einem jungen Patientengut unter 55 Jahren kann diese minimal-invasive Technik eine Therapiealternative zur Prothese darstellen.
