Zusammenfassung

Es ist Aufgabe jedes Arztes, für einen guten Impfschutz seiner Patienten zu sorgen. Allergische Reaktionen auf Impfstoffe sind selten und sollten daher kein Anlass sein, einen Impfschutz zu verhindern. Wann eine allergologische Diagnostik notwendig ist und was es hinsichtlich Allergien und Impfungen zu beachten gilt, haben Sebastian Schmidt, Thomas Spindler und Tobias Ankermann in Kapitel 4.12 der Neuauflage des „Weißbuch Allergie in Deutschland“ zusammengefasst.
