Cardiac amyloidosis (CA) is a restrictive cardiomyopathy caused by amyloid fibril deposits in the heart, with light-chain and transthyretin amyloidosis (ATTR) being the most common types. Atrial fibrillation (AF) frequently occurs in CA patients and is often poorly tolerated due to compromised ventricular filling. Given the importance of atrial contraction in CA patients, rhythm control is favored over rate control [
