Zusammenfassung

Autismus-Spektrum-Störungen und die Psychopathy gemäß dem Konzept von Hare gehen mit einem ausgeprägten Empathiedefizit einher. Empathiedefizite von Patienten mit Autismus-Spektrum-Störungen und Empathiedefizite bei Personen mit Persönlichkeitszügen der Psychopathy scheinen sich jedoch zu unterscheiden. Einige Autoren beschreiben ein komorbides Auftreten von Persönlichkeitszügen der Psychopathy bei Personen, die an Autismus-Spektrum-Störungen leiden. Der nachfolgende Beitrag versucht, sich diesem differenzialdiagnostischen Problem anhand einer Literaturübersicht und Kasuistik zu nähern. Hierfür wird ausführlich die Fallgeschichte eines 17-jährigen Jugendlichen in Bezug zum Konstrukt Psychopathy bzw. Autismus diskutiert.
