The spectrum of neurological syndromes associated with antibodies to glutamic acid decarboxylase 65 (GAD65-Ab) includes cerebellar ataxia (CA), stiff-person syndrome, limbic encephalitis, progressive encephalomyelitis, and some refractory epileptic patients [
