Primary hyperhidrosis (PHH)—unexplained excessive sweating for more than 6 months—can severely impair quality of life (QOL) and increase the risk of psychiatric diseases [4‐6]. To improve axillary PHH management, thermal sweat gland destruction, i.e., microwave thermolysis (MWT), has been developed [8]. Although clinical trials show promising results, real-world evidence in patients with refractory PHH is lacking [2].
