Zusammenfassung

Die Bandchirurgie am Kniegelenk entwickelt sich stetig weiter. Insbesondere die Behandlung der Ruptur des vorderen Kreuzbandes (VKB-Ruptur) wird zunehmend differenzierter. In diesem Kapitel wird ein breites Spektrum an Techniken zur Behandlung der VKB-Ruptur beschrieben: anatomische Rekonstruktion ein Einzel- und Doppelbündeltechnik, isolierter Bündelersatz bei Partialruptur, proximale VKB-Refixation bei frischen Rupturen, extraartikuläre Stabilisierung, einzeitige/zweizeitige Revisionsrekonstruktionen und Refixation von Eminentiafrakturen. Daneben werden zahlreiche Techniken zur Behandlung von akuten und chronischen Verletzungen des hinteren Kreuzbandes (HKB), der posterolateralen Ecke und der medialen Strukturen erläutert. Abgerundet wird das Kapitel mit technischen Aspekten zur Behandlung von Multiligamentverletzungen, inklusive «ligament bracing».
