Bedeutung und Qualität der Harnsteinanalyse in Europa

Zusammenfassung

Die Harnsteinanalyse nimmt eine Schlüsselrolle bei der Prävention von Harnsteinrezidiven ein. Nur durch eine genaue Untersuchung der Harnsteinzusammensetzung sind steinartspezifische diagnostische und therapeutische Maßnahmen möglich, die das Rezidivrisiko von Harnsteinen verringern. Für die Harnsteinanalyse sollten die Infrarotspektroskopie und die Röntgendiffraktion die Verfahren der Wahl sein.
