Behandlung der chronischen Blepharokeratokonjunktivitis mit lokalen Kalzineurininhibitoren

Zusammenfassung

Topische Kalzineurininhibitoren (CsA1%, FK506, Pimecrolimus) können zusätzlich zur regelmäßigen Lidrandhygiene und Benetzungstherapie bei der chronischen Blepharitis eingesetzt werden. Diese Behandlung führt zur Besserung der Benetzungsbeschwerden und Reduktion der Entzündungsaktivität.
